When SuiteWorks, Inc.—a U.S.-based software development and outsourcing firm serving pharmacy clients—opened its Philippine operations in 2019, it didn’t expect its first major challenge to come so soon. Just months later, the world was hit by the pandemic.

Instead of slowing down, SuiteWorks found its strength. Today, its Cebu office at the i2 Building, Jose Maria del Mar Street, is home to nearly 60 employees. The company credits its resilience to a workplace culture built on inclusion, authenticity, and a strong sense of belonging.

“SuiteWorks celebrates individuality,” said Daryll Villar, HR Associate. “We’ve created an environment where people can bring their authentic selves to work. That sense of belonging fuels the passion and resilience of our team.”

A People-First Approach

While SuiteWorks has been in the Philippines for more than 15 years, focusing on technology-driven outsourcing for U.S. pharmacy clients, its Cebu office has become a hub of collaboration and growth. Villar emphasized how employees are encouraged to innovate, share ideas, and pursue professional development—all while being recognized and supported.

“Our greatest strength is our people,” she added. “We make sure everyone feels valued.”

This people-first approach has not only helped SuiteWorks weather uncertain times but also made it a magnet for top talent in Cebu’s competitive outsourcing industry. By fostering innovation and adaptability, the company continues to meet the evolving needs of pharmacy management and healthcare technology.

More Than Just a Workplace

For employees, SuiteWorks is more than an office—it’s a community. Staff describe it as inclusive, forward-looking, and empowering. It’s a place where ideas matter, growth is celebrated, and discrimination has no place.

Recruitment plays a key role in sustaining this culture, and Villar highlighted how Mynimo helps them find the right people.

“As an HR Associate who handles recruitment, Mynimo.com makes it easier for me to find qualified candidates quickly,” Villar shared. “The platform is simple to use and helps us connect with the right people. The interface is user-friendly.”

Her connection with Mynimo is personal too. “I actually discovered Mynimo when I was job-hunting myself. Beyond the platform, I truly appreciate the team behind it. They’re approachable, professional, and quick to respond—making the whole hiring process smoother.”

Looking Ahead

SuiteWorks is actively growing and on the lookout for individuals who bring energy, creativity, and a spirit of innovation. “If you bring those qualities,” Villar said with a smile, “SuiteWorks is ready to welcome you.”
