THE OPPORTUNITY:

NURSE / PT QA SPECIALIST

The primary function of the Nursing/PT QA Specialist is to review and audit Home Health Agency visit notes for documentation consistency with the patient’s Plan of Care and adherence to the quality of care guidelines set by Medicare in the United States.

WHAT IT TAKES

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy with active PRC license

- At least 1-year clinical experience, preferably in the adult medical-surgical area

- Skilled in providing effective nursing/PT care, assessing patient situations

- Experience in a Healthcare BPO is A PLUS, but not required
- Willing to be trained in nursing QA review and Medicare guidelines

- Preferably with government IDs/numbers (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig & TIN) and valid NBI clearance

WORK SETUP

Day shift from 7 AM-4 PM
Fixed weekends off
