Introduction:

The company was organized on September 1, 2004 as a single proprietary company and managed by some of the senior officers of the Abomar Corporation, the former dealer of the John Deere tractor
since 1974. The new organization continued the dealership of the John Deere tractors and implements in the Philippines. The company started with an office in Bacolod and further organized branch operations for a wider distribution network of products and services. On July 20, 2011, the company was incorporated in Cebu City. The company also represents other agricultural equipment suppliers and manufacturer from different countries with advance farming technology.
