SERVICE SPECIALIST

The position is a technical and field function. The primary responsibility is to provide technical support and expertise related to Agricultural types of machinery. The responsibilities and duties include troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, conducting inspections, and diagnosing problems. Deliver technical guidance and support to customers, and provide any other services to clients' needs related to the product.

Salary Range: Php13,000.00 to 20,000.00

QUALIFICATION:

• Undergraduate of a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Preferably BSME/BSEE.

• Completed vocational course in Automotive is an advantage.

• Proven work experience in agricultural types of machinery and heavy equipment with expertise in repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently.

• Possess good customer relation skills and good customer service skills

• Good written and oral communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Computer literate, especially in MS Excel/MS Word/MS PowerPoint.

• Keep observational ability to identify process gaps and recommend solutions.

• Highly motivated and detail-oriented

• Possess a current driver’s License.

• Enjoys travel and is ready to be assigned to any of the Abomar branches.
