Workforce Salary Survey Terms and Conditions

Survey Entry

  1. The survey is open to jobseekers currently employed and based in Cebu.
  2. Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person. A valid unique email address and a unique mobile number is the basis for one (1) entry. Participants entering must provide a valid e-mail address and mobile number so that Pytera Inc. (hereinafter, the Organizer) may communicate with to verify identification when needed.
  3. Only complete entries on all required fields will be considered for winning.
  4. By submitting the form, you agree and acknowledge that you may be contacted by the Organizer via email or mobile phone. You further agree and acknowledge that such email communication shall not be considered to be unsolicited commercial email or spam.
  5. All survey entries become the property of the Organizer. Results of the survey may be used for publishing on different social media and news outlets on a collective basis (non-individual and no personally identifiable information will be shared).
  6. The personal contact information provided to complete the survey will be used only to identify the prize winners.
  7. The survey form is open for submissions starting on March 30, 2023 and ends upon closing of the survey form on April 15, 2023.

Selection of Winners

  1. The first 200 qualified entries submitted with complete required fields will be automatically chosen as winners.
  2. Winners shall be contacted via email and/or mobile phone on April 20, 2023.
  3. Qualified respondents can only win once.
  4. Each winner will receive one FoodPanda voucher, valued at P200.00 for the first 200 respondents via SMS. The prize is awarded "AS IS". No substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted.
  5. Winners agree that the Organizer may publish their first and last names as a notice to the public.
  6. Organizer retains the rights to any written or electronic entries without additional consideration or further compensation to the winner or any other person or entity.


  1. The Organizer shall not be liable for (a) late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled, unintelligible, or delayed computer messages. If the administration or integrity of the Organizer is compromised or corrupted at any time, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize giveaway.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the survey form or website;
  3. Any attempt to deliberately damage the survey assets or undermine the legitimate operation of the survey is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  4. If for any reason the Mynimo’s Workforce Survey and giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which in the sole opinion of the Organizer corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this survey, the Organizer reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the survey prize giveaway
  5. By submitting their entries, participants affirm that they have read and accepted these Mynimo’s Workforce Survey Terms and Conditions.
