IT SUPPORT ENGINEER - MANILA

Job Qualification:

Must be a Degree holder of Information Technology, Computer Science, or of any equivalent
Must have 1-2 years experience relevant to the job responsibilities
Must be able to speak English

Duties/Responsibilities:

Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the products.
Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client
Check designated queue in Ticketing system to see if a ticket has been assigned to you
Update ticket as soon as you work on it
Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified SLA
Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Ticketing system for complete resolution
