DRIVER / MECHANIC

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBLILITIES:

1. Vehicle Diagnostics and Repairs:

   • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify issues and malfunctions.

   • Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.

   • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, and brakes.

   • Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

2. Preventive Maintenance:

   • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid level checks.

   • Inspect and service engines, belts, hoses, and other critical systems to prevent breakdowns.

3. Customer Service:

   • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns and explain the necessary repairs.

   • Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for repairs.

   • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or issues in a professional manner.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping:

   • Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used.

   • Complete and file all necessary paperwork and reports related to vehicle service and repair.

5. Safety and Compliance:

   • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

   • Follow industry standards and regulations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

6. Equipment and Tool Management:

   • Utilize and maintain a variety of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

   • Keep the workshop and tools organized and in good working condition.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate with Small Engine Technical Course or Certificate.

• With knowledge and experience in motorcycle repairs.

• Know how to drive with Driver's License

• Willing to be assigned at SIBULAN MULTI BRANCH located at NATIONAL HIGHWAY, BOLOC-BOLOC, SIBULAN NEGROS ORIENTAL

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php11,016.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
