Job Title: Call Center Trainer

Work Arrangement: On Site

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update comprehensive training programs for call center staff, including new hire onboarding, product knowledge, customer service techniques, and sales skills

  • Create training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current employees

  • Utilize various training methods, such as workshops, e-learning, simulations, and on-the-job training

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics

  • Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to enhance the training curriculum

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to call center agents to improve their performance and address specific training needs

  • Develop personalized development plans for agents who require additional support

  • Communicate training schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field

  • Any Certifications/Licenses in Training is HIGHLY PREFERRED

  • At least 2 Years & above experience as a Call Center Trainer or similar role in a call center environment IS STRICTLY REQURIED

  • Strong knowledge of call center operations/terminologies, customer service principles, and sales techniques

  • Excellent Communication Skills
