  • Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.

  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.

  • Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.

  • Mentor and train junior sales agents, sharing best practices and providing feedback to help them achieve their professional goals.


  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Call Center/BPO Sales is STRICTLY REQUIRED.

  • Call Center/BPO Sales Experience with a background in Travel/Leisure/Reservations is HIGHLY PREFERRED.

  • Demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles, with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.

  • Strong sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
