Rate: $5-$6/hr and earn up to 51,000 PHP +/month. ($200- $500 per close based on Deal Size)

Your Mission:

 

We are looking for a digital/social professional and emerging leader, who is eager to make a meaningful impact on our company's revenue growth and strategic, enterprise partnerships. This individual will work directly with an assigned Brand Partnerships Senior Directors and Regional VPs  in ongoing management and enterprise growth of top existing accounts (Fortune 500/all categories) + filling funnel with highly qualified leads/meetings with strategic target accounts. In addition to generating revenue through SaaS + full service influencer/branded content partnerships, Partnerships Planner will work closely with our brand strategy, product, creative, and account service teams to ensure all campaigns and partnerships are implemented to maximize the client's key performance indicators (KPI's). You will play a support role to VPs and be responsible for cultivating, nurturing, and ultimately closing/expanding business with contacts at both major ad agencies and top national/global brands.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and outreach to generate qualified new business leads + book meetings/calls, booking roadshow meetings and coordinating in market events

  • Generating Net New logo Leads, meetings  and RFPs that convert to partnerships

  • Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, managing client communications and correspondence.

  • Participating in + documenting discussions during client meetings and calls + taking actionable steps in ensuring all follow ups are delivered upon (internal + external)

  • Fielding and processing internal information requests, client requests, and logging daily RFPs (CRM, project management software, and all the usual means of team communications)

  • Daily duties and responsibilities of the planner include: Deep knowledge and understanding of clients and industries of assigned sales directors, RVPs  & region

  • Developing and maintaining a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.

  • Attending the needs of the client + continually seeking proactive ways to add value to the client-company relationship.

  • Contribute to client strategy and kick off calls, internal proposal strategy calls – helping shape strategy and execution of high visibility campaigns and partnerships

  • Supporting assigned Partnership Sr. Directors/ or RVPs with any requests and covering as OOO backup

  • Although a lot of time will be spent on the administration side of the account, this is a stepping stone to the many duties of an account executive.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience working at a media agency, publisher, or brand in areas of digital media/social/branded content strategy or buying (influencer marketing + paid media experience a plus)

  • BA/BS degree
