JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A graduate of any 2 to 4 year course preferably in Business Administration and Hospitality Management

  • Must be willing to do field works.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

  • Resourceful and result drive, can maintain good relationship with coworkers.

  • Willing to be assigned in Davao City and/or Cebu City

JOB DESCRIPTION:


Customer Service Representative

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and cater customers’ orders.

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and meet quota.
