ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

 

JOB SUMMARY (MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POSITION):

 

The Admin Staff is responsible for the smooth and efficient performance of the Company office in the assigned sales area. 

 

EDUCATION :

  • Bachelor's Degree: Typically in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees day-to-day office operations and procedures, including proper maintenance of office equipment and premises.

  • Responsible for the proper and timely documentation of admin expenses, including submission of reports to Head Office in accordance with the Company Finance Policy. 

  • Manages key business correspondence in a timely manner, including but not limited to sending critical info for management decisions and responding to emails/ inquiries.

  • Assists the Sales Area Manager in monitoring the movement of inventory stock levels, ensuring repurchase orders and cancellations are quickly addressed.

  • Coordinates closely with any delivery personnel prior to receiving and releasing inventory, to maintain quality control.

  • Coordinates closely with the Head Office and/or Sales Area Manager to communicate with suppliers and customers regarding inventory levels, deliveries, cancellations, and other key updates.

  • Cooperates with internal and external inventory audits conducted for the assigned sales area. 

  • Properly maintains all admin, accounting, and inventory records in physical and digital form.

  • Performs weekly inventory and checking of product expiration to refrain from bad order products in the storage areas;

  1. Multi-tasking and time management skills, organized and meticulous

  2. High level of initiative, team player

  3. Computer literacy in MS Office, Google Drive, Email, and the ability to learn new tools;
