Job Description:


Are you a wizard at hitting CPA/ROAs targets on Paid Social? We're seeking a Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team. If you're fluent in data analytics, possess a knack for unraveling trends, and thrive in the fast-paced world of digital advertising, we want to talk to you! Experience in the US Mortgage Industry is a major plus.


As a Facebook Ads Specialist (Media Buyer), you will be responsible for managing Meta/Facebook ad campaigns and crafting highly converting ad creatives. This role is involved in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish. This includes creating and testing new ads and targeting options, launching and overseeing campaigns, optimizing performance, and scaling budgets while maintaining target KPIs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with the CEO to set up Facebook ad campaigns targeting people interested in buying a home in the US.

  • Set up accounts and campaigns.

  • Experience setting up CRM to manage leads from Facebook.


  • US Mortgage Industry Experience Highly Preferred.

  • 4 years of Facebook ads campaign management experience, with the ability to show results. (Experience needs to be current, with the candidate actively working in Meta ads manager).

  • Ability to set up platform integrations to ensure Meta tracking is functioning and optimized.

  • Experience directly managing daily budgets of $10K+/day.

  • Experience in crafting compelling ad angles that drive conversion on Meta.

  • Direct-to-Consumer marketing experience is strongly preferred.

  • Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize, and structure workload.
