are currently recruiting for the position of an ACCOUNT OFFICER.

Purpose of the Job/Key Objectives


You will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our services.


You will report directly to the Managing Director.


Your impact as an Account Officer 


Coordinate information with other team members to facilitate renewal process. Get involve in the pre-renewal strategy meetings with other officers. You are required to support planning and marketing initiatives of the company.


Analyze client specific risk exposure and detail coverage requirements. Review and request corrections to policy documents from insurers. Review quotations and prepare renewal reports. Calculate complex premiums and adjustments and begin invoice processing tasks. Policy check ensuring the most up-to-date Policy Documents and Endorsements are in place.


Handle mid-term changes to policies to/from insurers based on changes in the risk as reported by client. Take ownership of the general day-to-day client servicing. Maintain client files based on RiskWise tracking system.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy or any related communication field.

  • Minimum two (2) years work experience in an insurance field preferred but open to other related industries

  • Male/Female

  • Leadership and management client experience

  • Incredible people skills, client relationship focused

  • Administrative and Marketing mindset

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work to very tight schedules

  • Basic understanding of insurance terminology and coverages

  • Ability to comprehend, reason about, and apply basic numerical ideas

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. Strong attention to details. Ability to multi-task

  • Outstanding command of the English language both written and oral

  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with minimum supervision
