Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management

  • With at least 6 months of experience in handling the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Ability to maintain highly confidential employee information and data

  • Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills

  • Good Interpersonal Skills

  • Proficient in MS Offices, Google Workspace, and other computer software

  • Detail-oriented

  • Available for immediate employment

Job Description:

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting potential candidates.

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process including onboarding of new hires.

  • Actively post and manage job vacancies using different recruitment platforms.

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Head.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle the timekeeping for all employees for payroll processing.

  • Administer employee benefits programs both government-mandated and company-initiated benefits, such as HMO, Paid leaves, and others.

  • Responsible for reviewing and updating employee benefits including monthly government contributions to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-big.

  • Enroll employees upon entitlement of HMO and cancel employee’s membership after separation from the company.

  • Prepare the employee’s Appointment Letter upon regularization.

  • Assist employees in filing government-related benefit claims.

  • Conduct benchmarking of compensation and benefits to similar industries, as well as to other industries.

  • Participate in HR meetings and attend other meetings as well as seminars related to Employee Benefits.

  • Secure HR data, files, and information by keeping information confidential.
