RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR INTERN/OJT (DAVAO)

 

The intern for recruitment will assist the team by conducting phone interviews, administering tests, sourcing candidates, and assisting applicants onsite.

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related filed

  • Officially enrolled in a legitimate Philippine higher education institution that is accredited by the Commission on Higher Education or relevant agency and has entered a MOA with Optum Philippines

  • Enrolled in an internship subject and completed all major (professional) subjects

  • Should be able to pass pre-internship requirements as specified in the internship plan

  • Have a notarized written consent from his/her parent/guardian

  • Present a letter of endorsement from the HEI/partner institution/university

  • Assertive and resourceful

  • Can start ASAP

  • Willing to be assigned on-site (Alabang, Makati, Quezon City)
