WOODWORKING MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in woodworking production management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience.

• In-depth kowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, machinery, and tools.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire,motivate and mentor team members to achieve organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints and specifications.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

• A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety, quality and craftsmanship.

• Bachelor’s degree in Woodworking, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
