SHIPPING & IMPORTATION CLERK

Responsibilities:

• Accurately type, scan, and maintain various documents, ensuring proper filing and organization.

• Utilize your experience in scanning and digitization to handle a diverse range of documents and materials, including converting file types and assigning appropriate file names and numbers.

• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to effectively collaborate with individuals from multiple departments and manage a variety of tasks.

• Showcase your fast and accurate typing abilities to prepare materials for both internal and client use, adhering to company and external guidelines.

• Uphold document security best practices, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of both physical and digital documents.

• Utilize your strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various departments, providing information and preparing necessary documents.

• Proficient in scanning and digitization, with experience handling various types of documents and materials.
