FAMILY DRIVER

 

JOB SUMMARY

 

The Family Driver is responsible in transporting the Company's Board of Director and Business Development Head to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner. This position is also responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good running condition.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures safety and efficiency in driving.

  • Maintains vehicle in good running condition and regularly conduct BLOWBAG (battery, lubricants, oil, water, brakes, air, gas) check.

  • Monitors expiration and safekeeps photocopy of important vehicle documents such as OR/CR, etc.

  • Provides immediate action when given additional tasks or assignments.

  • Delivers and picks up documents as requested.

  • Delivers payments, as requested.

  • Conducts Test Drive to applicants for Driver position and employees with issued vehicle, as requested.

  • Safeguards the confidentiality of information learned while performing duties.

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.
