Account Representative

We are in need of smart, driven, and result-oriented individuals to fill in the following position:

ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Qualifications:

• Female

• Bachelor's Degree

• Preferably has at least (1) year work experience in the same field

• You are the main point of contact of clients

• Addressing customer complaints and queries of clients

• Upselling or cross-selling products and services and approaching new customers/clients

• Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension

• Pass on conflict issues to immediate head when needed

• Makes Statement of Account when needed.

• Responsible for sending announcements to clients’ via email.

• Responsible for sending client’s loan voucher.

• Float Collections of Salary, Bonuses and others.

• Responsible for the Loan Application list.

• Responsible on forwarding loan applications to branches thru email.

• Responsible on recording the filled out requirement forms (GIS, Loan applications/PN/LUMPSUM) of clients.

• Honest, reliable and trustworthy

• Performs other assign task from time-to-time.
