Solea Mactan Resort is a resort hotel with 555 rooms that is situated in Alegria, Cordova, Cebu. We are just 7km away from the Mactan-Cebu International and Domestic Airport.

BEVERAGE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Comprehensive knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks. Understanding beverage trends, industry regulations, and inventory management is also important.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of bartenders, servers, and other staff members. Strong communication skills and the ability to delegate tasks effectively are essential.

• Focus on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling any customer complaints or issues that may arise.

• Proficiency in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining beverage quality standards. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are crucial.

• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and maximizing profitability. Knowledge of pricing strategies, profit margins, and financial reporting.
