Qualifications:

  • Registered Mechanical Engineer, Marine Surveying/Engineer, Naval Architect

  • Has extensive experience in ship repair/ship building and can initiate alternative repairs

  • Must be familiar with all phases in mechanical and structural ship repairs including project and cost management implementation

  • Can perform project planning and control

  • Good in negotiation skills especially with the shipyard personnel and its corresponding contractor
