SALES / CANTEEN STAFF

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business related courses

• With at least 2 years experience in restaurants or any food related functions

• Knowledgeable with proper food handling such as cleanliness or hygiene, storage, inventory management, etc.

• Knows how to cook is an advantage

• Creative in making new menus

• Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent documentation skills

Job Functions:

• Monitor the movement of all canteen transactions such as inventories, sales status, cleanliness, and improvements.

• Supervise canteen personnel

• Coordinate vendors or external suppliers

• Order and buy items for replenishment

• Reports daily to Sales Head
