What we're looking for:

URGENT HIRING for GRAPHIC DESIGNERS!

Brief Description of the Role

The Graphic Designer/s are in charge of executing and designing a wide variety of materials for both online and offline purposes. This will include but not limit to the execution of: branding, marketing collaterals, key visuals, social media content, video editing / animation, pitch decks, and the like. The graphic designers will be led by a Senior Graphic Designer and will also closely work with creative directors on a daily basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Prepare and plan concept execution by studying and gathering the needed information and materials.

2. Execute concepts by designing layouts of art and copy in terms of the different design concepts.

3. Design logos, posters, brochures, signages, books, magazines, social cards, web pages, short videos, pitch decks, advertisements, and other marketing and communication materials.

4. Create materials using computer design software programs. 

   • Adobe's Creative Suite 

   • Photoshop, Illustrator

   • InDesign

   • After Effects

   • Premiere

5. Collaborate and Continues to learn by keeping up with the latest design trends and techniques, attending workshops, and reviewing other professional works

6. Review and ensure the final output is free of any errors and properly depicts the needed comms.

7. Obtain initial (internal) approval by submitting output to the Art Directors and Creative Director/s.

8. Revise output based on feedback from either the Art Directors, Creative Director/s or Client.

9. Collaborate with creative team members, copywriters, managers, and the RGC team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field preferred

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills

• Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)

• Creativity, color theory, typography, and layout design skills

• Good communication and presentation abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Adaptability to changing design trends and client needs

• Understanding of branding and marketing concepts

• Collaboration and teamwork skills

Additional Job Details:

Set-up: Office-based position

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM-6:30 PM (Monday - Friday)

Employment Type: Full-time
