HR ASSOCIATE (CEBU)

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • A graduate of Psychology or any business management-related courses

  • Good communications skills (both written and oral)

  • Has excellent planning and organizing skills

  • Has good problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Able to handle pressure

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Recruitment

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

  • Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job (time, costs, quality).

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

  • Develops pool of internal and external talents.

  • Coordinates with Department manager/head for manpower requirements and update.

  • Execution of the recruitment social media communication like company Facebook Page LinkedIn.

  • Preparation of the yearly recruitment plan and the budget.

  • Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.

  • Conduct reference checks and issue all employment contracts.

  • Oversee all administrative arrangements relating to the recruitment and selection process such as: interviews, assessment, shortlisting, etc.

  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Email blast for Employee Birthday Celebrants of the Day.

  • Check HR desk daily.

  • Populate Ticket Resolution Report.

  • Check, send and reply to emails.

  • Action Incident Reports and NTE Where Required (Recurring Task).

  • Progress Change Management Processes (Recurring Task).

  • Update Policy Acknowledgement Monitoring.

  • Create action for Artem to Send Regular Holiday message (video or Email) to all staff for any holidays occurring in the next 7 days.

  • Follow Up Department Heads regarding any not clear ENPS Responses.

  • Follow up Department Managers and Team Leaders to ensure their staff are completing the ENPS Survey.

  • Submit any Problems or Ideas for the Day to Strategy X.

  • Update weekly CSF Reports.

  • Implement Employee Engagement (Virtual Coffee Break).

  • Send ENPS Survey for the first of every month with a deadline of 7th of the month.

  • Send out HR Satisfaction Survey.

  • Email blast the ENPS Survey.

  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates.

  • Review ENPS responses with department heads and team leads.

  • Add holidays in a monthly basis at HR desk.

  • Ensure employees appraisal implementation (1st Month, 3rd Month, 5th Month, Midyear, Year End).

  • Design compensation and benefits packages.

  • Conduct Team Building Event.

Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Handle Onboarding process.

  • Attending Emails and Tickets (AM and PM).

  • Submit any Problems or Ideas for the Day to Strategy X.

  • COE processing.

  • Off Boarding processing.

  • Update Weekly CSF Report (Every Tuesday).

  • Notify Philcare for Enrollment and Deactivation of Membership.

  • Update CHROD Metrics Report.

Timekeeping

  • Maintain human resource information system records

  • Monitor & submit employees' daily attendance report.

  • Ensure that timekeeping data is submitted within the resolution period

  • Assists with the implementation of company safety and health programs.

  • Align the structure and systems of the company with the business strategy

  • Manage the documentation and improvement of HR processes

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

  • Ensure accuracy of records that pertains to timekeeping and payroll

  • Helps maintain the system (Payruler/Sprout)

Note: The HR Associate will be immersed to each facets on a minimum of 3 months. Once immersed with one facet the HR Associate will move to another facet.
