HIRING: SALES BANK SUPPORT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers in completing necessary bank documentation for vehicle financing and leasing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank requirements. 

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate the processing of customer loan applications, including verification of creditworthiness and documentation. 

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to vehicle financing in a prompt and professional manner. 

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the vehicle sales process, from initial inquiry to delivery. 

• Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping, to support the sales department's operations. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or a related field.

• Previous experience in automotive sales support, finance, or a related field is preferred. 

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing documentation and processing paperwork.

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. 

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
