Is currently looking for:
BANQUET SUPERVISOR
Minimum Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Services Management, Food Technology, Certificate in Baking or Culinary Arts or equivalent
Preferably with 3-5 years supervisory experience in service, tourism and hospitality industry
Has vast knowledge in banquet service and outlet management
Proficient in using MS Office Applications (MS Word and MS Excel)
Good in communication skills
Flexible and accommodating
Good Leadership Skills
Job Functions:
Validate and interpret data to prepare reports and recommend plans, programs, budget and targets of the outlet.
Implement special promotions for F&B
Communicate and participate departmental meeting to address operational issues, complaints, guest request
Monitor, evaluate and implement programs and improve productivity, performance and profitability of outlets and bar
Conducts training to F&B staff, motivate, coach, counsel and discipline staff as needed.
Check, monitor, control, allocate, evaluate consumptions, requisitions, and availability of stocks and other related supplies.
Planning, Overseeing and Supervising the FnB Operations, Productivity, Service Standards.
Assist in making FB budget and forecast
Sets an example for the entire F&B Service department by always displaying impeccable behavior
Coordinate to the department concerned for any issues and concern
Submit report and meet deadlines
Perform other task assigned
