Is currently looking for:

 

BANQUET SUPERVISOR

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Services Management, Food Technology, Certificate in Baking or Culinary Arts or equivalent

  • Preferably with 3-5 years supervisory experience in service, tourism and hospitality industry

  • Has vast knowledge in banquet service and outlet management

  • Proficient in using MS Office Applications (MS Word and MS Excel)

  • Good in communication skills

  • Flexible and accommodating

  • Good Leadership Skills

Job Functions:

  • Validate and interpret data to prepare reports and recommend plans, programs, budget and targets of the outlet.

  • Implement special promotions for F&B

  • Communicate and participate departmental meeting to address operational issues, complaints, guest request

  • Monitor, evaluate and implement programs and improve productivity, performance and profitability of outlets and bar

  • Conducts training to F&B staff, motivate, coach, counsel and discipline staff as needed.

  • Check, monitor, control, allocate, evaluate consumptions, requisitions, and availability of stocks and other related supplies.

  • Planning, Overseeing and Supervising the FnB Operations, Productivity, Service Standards.

  • Assist in making FB budget and forecast

  • Sets an example for the entire F&B Service department by always displaying impeccable behavior

  • Coordinate to the department concerned for any issues and concern

  • Submit report and meet deadlines

  • Perform other task assigned
