We are seeking a SALES & MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER to join our dynamic team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

In this role, the Sales & Marketing Project Manager will be a hands-on, key player actively responsible for setting appointments, establishing credibility, and driving demand among our key market segments.

The Sales & Marketing Project Manager will develop, coordinate, and execute campaigns to drive demand, upsell, and retain clients using a variety of marketing tools and strategies including Cold Outreach, Klaviyo, Direct Mail, Unbounce Landing Pages, Facebook Lead Generation Campaigns, Dripify, Growbots, Social Media. 

 

Key tasks include filling our database with contacts and lining up as many demos as possible. 


Responsible for lead pipeline and providing weekly status updates via L10 meeting and scorecard/dashboards. KPIs include: Leads (scored A/B/C), Speed to Lead, Demos/Convos, Opportunities, Contacts Uncovered, Samples Shipped, Follow ups, etc. 

 

The Sales & Marketing Project Manager will also oversee our affiliate marketing program, including vetting applicants, sharing our handbook, communicating ongoing offers, relationship building, and metrics reporting.

 

Qualifications:

  • Native English speaker or fluent in conversational English, written & spoken

  • Ability to use “Positive Language” to create a happy customer experience

  • Excellent concise and clear communication skills (verbal, written)

  • Detail-oriented & able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated, and highly results-driven

  • Eager to win in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

  • Phone friendly: not afraid to make & take calls, and a voice people love to hear

  • Stays organized and finds it easy to manage multiple projects at once

  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.

  • Ability to work onsite on a night shift and holidays.

  • Willing to start as soon as possible

Required Experience

  • Sales
    Project management experience

  • Track record of success with sales and marketing projects

  • Familiarity with Gmail, Google Drive, Excel

  • Proficient in using a computer, internet, and web-based applications
