JOB SCOPE

  • Responsible for the overall sales management of accounts in Vis-Min area by ensuring that all Territory and Cluster programs and activities are executed in a manner that will produce good business.

  • Leads and manages the whole sales team to deliver and exceed the set revenue

  • Business and strategic objectives of the GAFNI sales operation

  • The position provides a leadership role in leading the execution of sales and marketing strategies in order to expand and grow the business in the Vis-Min areas

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-year Sales Management experience particularly in Managing VisMin Feed sales experience is a requirement

  • Knowledgeable of the Animal Industry

  • Knowledgeable of the local market

  • Strong history of successful selling record.

  • Must Possesses good knowledge of economics and how current market trends/behavior influence sales.

  • Data Mining and Analysis Identifying Areas for Opportunities and Threats

  • Creating and Executing Marketing Plans

  • Creating Business Reports and Presentations

  • Handling Customer Complaints with Empathy

  • Maintaining Rapport and Establishing Strong Partnership

  • Collection and Remedial Management

  • Coaching and Mentoring

  • Maintaining Rapport and Establishing Strong Partnership

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, work involves field travel
