LEASING SUPERVISOR

 

Minimum Qualification :

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Diploma in Any Course

  • Must have min 2 years experience in Marketing, Sales, or Property Management 

  • Must have advanced knowledge in computer applications (MS Office, Google Applications, Etc) 

  • Must be a good communicator in verbal and written English, Verbal Cebuano and basic Filipino

  • Must be customer service oriented, have attention to detail and problem solving skills. 

  • Should be excited to excel at work, interest in learning new things, and excitement and openness to new experiences. 

Job Description : 

 

Members of the Leasing Department are tasked towards : 

  • Tenant Acquisition -  handling inquiries, negotiations and contract preparation 

  • Tenant Relations - handles tenant concerns 

  • Property Inspections

  • Property Management 

  • Leasing Strategy and Events
