Assistant Quantity Surveyor

ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of 1-2 Construction projects and assisting the Sr. Quantity Surveyor (SQS).

EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

• BS in Architecture or BS in Engineering, preferably CE, ME, or EE

• Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Quantity Surveying field.

• Adept in cost estimating and cost analysis (CSA or MEFPS)

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledgeable in AutoCAD

• Adept in MS Office Applications

• Proactive, resourceful, assertive and collaborative

• High Analytical Skills

• Skilled in Cost derivation and analysis, Tender documentation and Construction Contract Agreements

• Critical Thinker

• Leadership Skills
