Job Overview

 

CSRs are responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They serve as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers, representing the company’s values and commitment to customer care.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Connect with our viewers/clients to build relationship, provide excellent customer service and create raving fans for business

  • Create a genuine connection with our customer/viewers, identify customer concerns and needs proactively respond to them.

  • Complete resolve customer/viewers concerns and in most cases ensure that such concerns are resolved.

  • Provide feedback and help escalate customer concerns in a timely manner significant to customer service executives.

  • Follow-up and escalate resolution actions related to unresolved issues.

  • Stay up to date on all relevant company updates information.

  • Additional assigned duties and tasks may be required as needed.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Verbal and written communication skills..

  • At least 1 to 2 years  work experience as a customer representative in a BPO.

  • At least High School graduate or college level/graduate or undergraduate will do

  • Willing to work full time and in a shifting and/or night shift schedule.

  • Computer savvy and with good web navigation skills

  • Willing to work onsite and can start ASAP.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
