CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least High School / Senior High School Diploma, or College Undergraduate is a plus

  • With or Without CSR/relevant work experience, or with experience is a plus

  • Requires to WORK ON-SITE (I.T. Park / Cebu Business Park)

  • Amenable to work in any shifting schedules

  • Average to excellent communication skills

  • Can start ASAP!!!

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
