Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive Branch Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail. This role involves handling various tasks to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling office correspondence.

  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases by entering and updating information regularly.

  • Office Organization: Keep the office space organized and presentable, ensuring a clean and professional work environment.

  • Calendar Management: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for team members.

  • Documentation: Prepare and modify documents, including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.

  • Office Supplies: Monitor and manage office supply inventory; reorder supplies as needed.

  • Meeting Support: Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup, audiovisual equipment, and refreshments.

  • Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.

  • Assist with Special Projects: Support various departments with special projects and tasks as needed.

  • Payroll: Execute end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; verify timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.
