COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS STAFF

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inputting and generating monthly contribution & loans in SSS Portal, Philhealth EPRS and Pag-ibig file converter.

  • Process the documents for the government transaction such as updating files and loans of the employees.

  • Cater employee queries and other concerns regarding their benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig Health Insurance, etc.)

  • Requests for government orientation such as: SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, Health Insurance, etc.)

  • Process enrollment and any other concern pertaining to the specific health insurance holder.

  • Request for Health Insurance Orientation for employees.

  • Monitor expired health cards of the employees.

  • Facilitate Employee Annual Physical Examination.

  • Maintains reports and files, ensuring that up-to-date information is on file for company employees.

  • Requests Saturday Pandesal a day ahead (every Friday).

  • Monitors office supplies and monthly medicine.

  • Timekeeping and monitoring of employee’s attendance.

  • Monitoring and processing of Monthly Rice Subsidy awardees.

  • Payroll

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS – Human Resources/Psychology, or equivalent.

  • With experience in administering Compensation and Benefits focused on Government Mandated Benefits, Company Benefits, and HMO.

  • Detail-oriented and precision skills.

  • Good written and oral communication skills.

  • Resourceful and sharp-thinking.

  • Well-organized.
