HIRING: SERVICE MANAGER

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to deliver top-notch service and exceed customer expectations.

  • Ensure that all service operations, from vehicle inspections to repairs and maintenance, are performed efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Foster strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service experiences and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

  • Oversee parts and inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize downtime.

  • Continuously evaluate service processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven experience in automotive service, with at least 5 years in a managerial role preferably in a dealership environment.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

  • Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures.

  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term customer relationships.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex service issues effectively.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

  • Valid driver's license
