HIRING: SALES MANAGER

Job Description:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales within our automotive division. You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize their potential.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the automotive industry.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, admin, and service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Proven experience in automotive sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.

• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

• Valid driver's license
