• Assess expenses for expansions, including materials and labor.

• Provide estimated costs by calculating resources and labor.

• Communicate with clients via phone, meetings, or email.

• Review project plans to meet customer expectations and obtain competitive pricing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 months of technical experience in plumbing and electrical industries.

• Minimum 12 months of experience in plumbing estimating.

• Strong knowledge of the trade industry.

• Excellent English skills, written and verbal.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Familiarity with local codes and ability to find solutions.

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.

• Thorough understanding of the plumbing industry.
