ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

A. The assistant sales manager’s main responsibility is to develop a sales network of FISHING AND HARDWARE CUSTOMERS, specifically within Cebu and outside Cebu areas:

 

B. With this, the assistant sales manager will recruit field sales agents who will sell to these customers.

 

C. The assistant sales manager is tasked to follow-up on each field sales agent’s customer accounts, and provide assistance if necessary. A secretary will be assigned to the assistant sales manager to encode and process customer orders in the system.

 

D. The assistant sales manager will discuss with the sales head and the general manager on the weekly updates of their sales movement. This will also include discussions on his proposed marketing strategies and plans to further increase sales volume, which will be approved by the sales head and general manager.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Good interpersonal communication

  • Is able to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Excels in sales planning and decision-making

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience in hardware industry is a plus

  • College graduate
