BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

JOB SUMMARY

The Industrial Engineer will create, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing systems, reducing costs while maintaining standards of operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information.

• Designs production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.

• Develops and implements process improvements and technological upgrades.

• Designs control systems to minimize costs and production issues.

• Develops design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.

• Designs the layout of facilities and determines personnel requirements.

• Trains staff for new processes and provides instructions and manuals.

• Manages process documentation and prepares production reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.

• Proven work experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledgeable in Kaizen, process analysis, time study and other IE principles.
