Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our water treatment company. As a telemarketer, you’ll play a vital role in promoting our water treatment solutions by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to influence existing or potential clients to invest in our water treatment services. We’re looking for someone who can effectively communicate the benefits of clean water and contribute to our business growth.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Contact potential clients telephonically to discuss our water treatment products and services.

• Product Information: Share the selling points of our water treatment solutions, emphasizing their effectiveness and advantages.

• Customer Queries: Answer questions about our water treatment offerings, addressing any inquiries from clients.

• Recommendations: Recommend specific water treatment solutions based on the customer’s needs and requirements.

• Order Processing: Complete orders and notify the relevant department for further action.

• Market Research: Stay informed about competitive offers and pricing in the water treatment industry.

• Paperwork.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar sales/customer service role.

• Computer Literacy: Familiarity with relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.

• Communication Skills: Good communication and presentation abilities.

• Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiation and handling customer inquiries.

• Persistence: Results-oriented and able to handle customer rejection.

• Education: High school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
