H.O.G SECRETARY

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize and schedule regular chapter meetings, including securing venues, sending out meeting notices, and preparing meeting agendas

  • Maintain comprehensive records of chapter activities, including meeting minutes, membership rosters, and financial transactions.

  • Assist with membership-related tasks

  • Service as primary point of contact for chapter communications, both internally and externally

  • Assist the treasurer in managing the chapter’s finances, including collecting dues, keeping track of expenses, and maintaining financial records

  • Provide administrative support for chapter events, such as rallies, rides and fundraisers

  • Work closely with other chapter officers

  • Assist with promoting the chapter within the local community and recruiting new members

  • Ensure that the chapter operates in accordance with HOG guidelines, standards, and best practices, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work in a team and independently

  • With basic knowledge in Microsoft applications

  • Attention to detail

  • Maintain records and documents well

  • Cooperative and has initiative
