MECHANICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Assigned Area: Tayud Consolacion

General Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Candidate must a Licensed Mechanical Engineer.

• With at-least 3 years work experience preferably in Construction.

• Must have strong communication and organizational skills with ability to lead and develop a team of skilled trades staff.

• Strong Preventive Maintenance, CMMS , Mechanical / Electrical systems and quality control systems.

• Proven Leadership experience or supervisory level in maintenance or engineering is a prerequisite.

• Overseeing the Mechanical Group including the management of material and manpower.

• Accountable in enforcing and promoting high-quality and safety standards.

• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.

• Supervise, mentor and motivate employees working on the designated scope.

• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.

• Ability to work overtime, must have excellent troubleshooting abilities in tough situations.
