JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Willing to work ON SITE (Cebu based role)

• Organizational Skills

• Accounting Knowledge

• Detail Oriented

• Great English communication skills both in writing & speaking

• Time management skills

• Experience with Customer Service

• Maintains strict confidentiality

• With bank experience is a plus!

MUST HAVES:

• Knowledge in Loan application dealing with banks

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Loan documentations coordination including preparation of “Know Your Customer” information for banks, new loans, and recurring reviews by banks, etc.

• Perform administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, maintenance of filing system and contact database.

• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

• Collecting, validating, verifying, analyzing, and processing KYC documentation

• Performing tasks accurately and on time conform to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
