Sales Associate

EMPERIAL TRADING is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Showroom Sales to join our team! As a Showroom Sales in the furniture department, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their furniture needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and foster strong customer relationships while displaying our extensive range of furniture products.

Job Description:

• Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs, style preferences, and budget constraints. Provide product knowledge, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations.

• Maintain a visually appealing and organized furniture department. Ensure furniture displays are well-stocked, properly labeled, and aesthetically pleasing.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules, product availability, and order status.

• And other administrative task

Job Requirements:

• At least College graduate

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture industry.

• Flexibility to work including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to lift and move furniture pieces as required for display and customer assistance.

• Will be assigned in-store
