PATIENT RELATIONS OFFICER 

Purpose of the Job: 

To delight customers by providing quality service through personalized assistance of members during confinement and ensuring proper implementation of the service agreement.

Qualifications:  

• Graduate of Nursing or any 4yr allied medical courses  

• Experience in an HMO setting an advantage but not required  

• Knowledgeable in medical terminologies  

• Ability to adjust to flexible schedules or to work on call  

• Good in oral & written communication skills, computer literate, with pleasing personality & good moral character
