MARKETING SERVICES STAFF

 

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any 4-year course

  • Proven experience as an Encoder or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient computer skills, including a strong command of MS Office applications

  • Excellent attention to detail, with a strong ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in data.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Willing to be assigned to the Cebu City area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the allocations of promotional items to be deployed to areas

  • Handles requisitions distributions of agreed standard marketing collaterals

  • Monitors projects given to suppliers/contractors, and receipts

  • Assigns in receiving all delivered collaterals and update requestors

  • Packs collaterals for shipments
