QUALITY CONTROL MECHANIC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Quality Control Mechanic is responsible for the repair of newly assembled motorcycles through basic problem diagnosis in order to identify the problems of the motorcycle unit, as well as to employ basic troubleshooting techniques. This position is important in ensuring that our newly assembled motorcycles pass quality standards prior to endorsement to warehousing and delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School graduate

• At least 1 year in Automotive or Mechanic work experience

• NC II Holder for Automotive Mechanic

• Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment

• Detail-oriented and a performer individual who can meet deadlines/target

• Working knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of motorcycles

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Motorcycle Assessment, Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Performs initial assessments, diagnosis, and troubleshoots motorcycles to identify and rectify mechanical, electrical, and

  technical issues.

• Periodic Maintenance of Tools: Performs routine maintenance tasks, inspects equipment, and documents maintenance activities.

• Effective Collaboration: Reach out to the right process owners to clarify their understanding of a process or express a request.

• Quality Compliance: Ensures that products, processes, and services meet predefined quality standards.

• Safety Compliance: Understands and complies with safety and security procedures and policies.
