Qualifications:

  • Any college level or Graduate of any business-related course

  • At least 1year work experience as File Custodian

  • Willing to be assigned to Compostela Area

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensures to keep an organized filing of the section's records and documents

  • Encodes all Billing invoices, Statements of Accounts, and Payment Request Form details of all processed billings on the billing tracker and ensures that the tracker is up to date

  • Ensures the easy retrieval of documents from the section
