Video Production Artist (Using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro)

VIDEO PRODUCTION ARTIST

JOB SUMMARY:

Our clients are mostly game makers, and about 70% of the overall video works are related to game products. The director proposes video techniques for solving client issues, and we create videos based on those proposals, but we also widely adopt proposals and storyboards from designers.

Rather than simply "finishing videos according to specifications," we're looking for designers who think, "I want to make better works" and "I want to create works that go beyond meeting expectations," and who can act on these thoughts. We aim to continue creating many videos with such designers in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Planning, scripting, storyboarding, filming (or capturing footage), directing, and post-production tasks such as editing, adding effects, sound design, and finalizing the video.    

• Video editing and design using After Effects

• Proposing from a designer's perspective

• Edit and assemble raw footage in Adobe Premiere Pro to create high-quality video content.

• Utilize Adobe After Effects to add visual effects, motion graphics, and other enhancements to videos. 

• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing content.

• Cut, trim, and arrange video segments to ensure a seamless and engaging final product.

• Incorporate audio elements, including music and sound effects, to enhance the overall video experience.

• Apply color correction and grading techniques to maintain visual consistency and enhance the video's aesthetic.

• Collaborative work with Japanese staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Practical experience in video production using After Effects (3 years or more)

• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator

• Experience in editing game videos or anime (or similar projects)

• Able to submit a portfolio

• Regarding portfolios, any format is acceptable, whether it's a demo reel or a link to publicly available platforms like YouTube. However, please include detailed information such as production period, tools/applications used, team structure, and your role within the team.

• Your portfolio must show case your own work and skills.

• Passionate about video and games, and eager to grow

• With Knowledge for using After Effects.

• Basic to Intermediate Level in After Effects.

• Those with experience working in video production companies.

• Those who enjoy making design proposals voluntarily.

• Those who enjoy researching/using video equipment, editing software plugins, and effects.

• With experience as project manager is a plus.

• With experience managing projects outsourced to external creators, especially those who are accustomed to coordinating with freelancers or external agencies is a plus.

• Applicants must be currently residing in Cebu City.
